1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaking package received
- Product received in poor condition
- Missing items in the order
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food and organic products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- opened or used products
- products returned after 7 days
- products damaged due to customer mishandling
- change of mind after opening the package
As our products are consumable organic powders, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
4. Replacement Option
In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, based on product availability.

6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges may be borne by VanaaiLife only in case of:
- Wrong product sent
- Damaged product
- Defective packaging
For all other approved cases, shipping charges may not be refundable.
